KM4Talent are partnering exclusively with a centrally based London organisation looking to recruit their first UK Internal Communications hire. Having been hugely successful in Europe this company are working tirelessly to replicate their success in theUK. They now need someone focussed internally to help them spread the success story and lead on employee engagement.

**What will you be doing?**

You will be solely responsible for all internally communicated messages and therefore will need the confidence and experience to manage this. You can expect to be heavily involved in established a local strategy working closely with other International officesand the senior leadership team.

As an overview you will be involved in:

- Communicating initiatives and projects to all employees and stakeholders
- The planning, editing and writing of content for a variety of channels
- Strengthening the overall awareness of the company
- Assisting with the creation of external job descriptions highlighting the culture and company achievements
- Engaging with external and internal social media
- Delivery of presentations at organisational events
- Handling of internal crisis communications

**Who are you?**

Communications will form a dominating part of your career to date. You’ll be motivated to build, define and deliver communication strategies and will want full autonomy to do so. Experience working with modern technology for business is essential. If you’vepreviously worked within an emerging tech business we definitely want to hear from you.

You’ll also be encouraged and supported with your own personal development. Ambitious individuals will be given ample opportunity and funding to further educate or invest in their own skillset.
