We’re looking for a dynamic and creative marketing professional to join our team as we continue to grow and evolve. This exciting opportunity has arisen as a valued team member moves on to explore new horizons, leaving behind an incredible foundation for someone to step into and make their mark.

This role will play a pivotal part in driving our marketing initiatives, providing high-level support to our Marketing Manager to deliver efficient, innovative, and professional campaigns that align with our business objectives.

This is a full-time office-based position in the centre of Chester working Monday to Friday 8:45 am to 5:15 pm.

**Responsibilities**:
Create efficient and intuitive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Organise and oversee advertising and communication campaigns across various channels including social media.
Conduct research to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition.
Report on the progress and critically evaluate the success of each campaign.
Co-ordinate marketing events, exhibitions and promotional activities
Create content for websites, blogs, posts and campaigns.
Liaise with third parties to build and maintain relationships to achieve business objectives.
Represent the company at networking events, building strong relationships and fostering opportunities to enhance our brand presence and industry connections.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel, including Microsoft Teams.
Ability to communicate effectively and courteously, conveying information accurately.
Ability to remain calm and accurate under pressure.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Willingness and aptitude for learning new technologies.
High levels of initiative and a self-managed approach to work.
