We are seeking an SEO-focused Content Executive to join our content team for an immediate start. This is an ideal position for someone who has a good grounding in writing for digital and wants to develop into content strategy and wider marketing roles.

**Summary**

As a Content Executive, you will work on content marketing campaigns and on-page strategies for our clients, helping to reach their business goals. We work across numerous industries from home furnishings to fashion, food and drink, health and plenty more. You will have access to writers, experienced content strategists, technical SEO strategists, and digital PRs. Each week you will work alongside the content and technical SEO team to deliver increased organic traffic, revenue and visibility for our clients.

This is a diverse role that could have you researching the perfect on-page targeting and copy for a commercial area of a site one day, to leading a content marketing campaign from idea to creation, implementation and reporting the next.

**Responsibilities**
- Get hands-on with content from strategic work to writing content across the buying funnel and outreach campaigns.
- Develop ability to monitor and track performance of your own work.
- Report on performance and provide feedback to the rest of the team.
- Engage in the learning atmosphere within Salience.
- Collaborate with your team every week to plan tasks that help reach client goals and drive campaigns forward.
- Liaise with account management to plan and execute strategies and support client calls.
- Actively seek knowledge and develop understanding of each client and where they sit in the market.

**Required**
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- An ability to work with data to inform your decisions
- A basic understanding of digital marketing

**Desirable**
- Experience creating effective content for SEO purposes
- Experience with direct client communication
- An understanding of Google’s algorithm and SEO best practices

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
The role is possible to be completed fully remotely currently, though the office has been prepared to allow a limited number of people in each day safely.
