**About**

Bluestones Group is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team, supporting a portfolio of leading recruitment brands.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Bids and Tenders, you'll play a crucial role in implementing marketing strategies to drive the success of our high-growth, high-value brands. We're looking for someone who understands the impact of effective marketing, can adapt to change and is passionate about delivering impactful campaigns.

You'll be joining our established marketing team at the Group's headquarters on the outskirts of Chester, where we support various recruitment and staffing service brands across the UK. As a Marketing Executive, you'll assist in managing marketing activities for several of these brands.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team and brand teams to deliver marketing plans aligned with business objectives
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, articles, social media posts and marketing collateral
- Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms, creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and engaging with followers
- Help conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Build relationships with internal teams and external partners to support marketing initiatives
- Keep up to date with industry developments and share insights with the team
- Contribute to regular business planning activities
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and social media platforms
- Collaborate with design team to create visually appealing content for social media and other marketing channels

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (desirable, not essential)
- 1-2 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably within the recruitment industry
- Good understanding of marketing principles and tactics
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content across various platforms and formats
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
- Solid organisational and multitasking abilities
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and capacity to work independently

Pay: From £27,500.00 per year
