We’re now looking for Senior Marketing Executive to join our team in Capenhurst.
**The Role**
As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will identify marketing opportunities and deliver high-impact campaigns that promote our company and drive engagement with our value proposition.
Working with cross-functional teams, you will research and evaluate how our products and services meet our customer needs. You will develop and implement marketing communications and campaigns across a range of channels to maximise our opportunities.
Overseeing the production of content, you will design creative briefs that align with our marketing strategies and will support the delivery of our communications across online and offline platforms.
Additionally, you will:

- Oversee and review the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns
- Develop relationships with engineering teams to create a market-oriented business culture
- Support the professional development of Marketing Executives
**About You**
To be considered a Senior Marketing Executive, you will need:

- Experience of integrated (including digital) marketing communications and/or campaign management
- Experience of brand development and execution
- Market research and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of marketing strategy
- The ability to produce creative briefs and design visualisation
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong stakeholder management abilities
Experience of commercial P&L management would be highly advantageous, as would a CIM Diploma.
