Teaching Personnel are seeking a **School Business Manager** to support a **warm & welcoming Primary School **located in Accrington, East Lancashire. This new role is a **part-time **position, working** 2 days** perweek (Thursday & Friday), from 08:30-15:30 during term time. The school and staff are warm and welcoming with a real family atmosphere throughout. The head teacher has been described as caring and committed towards her staff in the latest Ofsted report.

The role is to start in January and will be paid in line with a permanent Lancashire County Council role. Experience in a similar school-based role is essential.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
Commitment to Safeguarding & compliance

Friendly & able to build relationships with children, staff & parents.

A high standard of communication skills, accurate use of spelling and grammar
**Experience of working within a school office or similar setting is essential**
Experience with using school administrative and financial systems, E.g. SIMS and SIMS Finance
Commitment to professional development and a keenness to learn
Hardworking and flexible, and able to use their initiative
Have the ability to develop good relationships with children and adults

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
