Receptionist/admin Assistant

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a reliable and organised Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Your ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanour will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist Managers based on ground floor with general admin.
- Manage all Motor Fleet vehicles.
- Support the team with administrative tasks using Google Suite and QuickBooks as required.
- Checking all deliveries and data entry.
- Handle correspondence, both electronic and paper-based, with attention to detail.
**Skills**
- Ideally a good knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel.
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently for data entry tasks.
- Highly organised with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical duties.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
- Competent in using computers for various administrative functions.
Pay: From £22,880.00 per year
