We are looking to recruit a **Receptionist / Admin Assistant **to be based in our Head Office in Grantown on Spey.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist / Admin Assistant with a positive, can-do attitude to join the growing team.
We are looking to employ a Receptionist / Admin Assistant with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. You will have excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
**What will you do?**
- Answering main switchboard
- Dealing with any enquiries
- Working with Suppliers to order various items for our Care Homes
- General Admin
- Distribute Uniforms to Care Homes when requested
- Sort incoming mail
- Frank and take outgoing mail to post office
- This is not an exhaustive list, and you may be required to carry out other duties
**What will you need to have?**
- Polite and professional telephone manner
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office products especially Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Have a positive, can-do attitude
- You are hard-working and committed to delivering high standard work
36.5 hrs per week
Salary to be negotiated
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Grantown on Spey, PH26 3HG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
