- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in using computer systems for check-ins, reservations, and other front desk tasks
- Multilingual skills are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple phone lines simultaneously
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience, professionalism, and empathy
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
