**We’re Hiring** Our solar energy company is growing really fast, so we’re now looking to expand our Head Office team.

If you’re good at talking to people and have an excellent attention to detail, then you’re the sort of person we’re looking for

Experience in the solar industry is preferred of course, but not required - it’s a new industry, so don’t worry if you don’t know much - full training is provided.

Nobody expects you to know it all (but if you do, great).

We help protect the environment, by making it easier for people to install energy-saving products, including innovative equipment, such as solar panels. Doing this also helps people save money on their energy bills.

**The Role**
We install solar products across the UK, every week for hundreds of customers. If successful, you’ll be working in our Head Office, communicating with our customers and system consultants.

Here’s what we need from a Project Executive:

- Ability to work as a team.
- Schedule surveys and appointments for customers.
- Be the first point of contact for our customers inquiring about products (full training provided).
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to take responsibility.
- Liaise with field sales team and customers from head office.

No day is the same, every project and customer is different. You’ll be faced with new challenges and scenarios, learning as-you-go, working within a fast-paced environment.

For every appointment which you secure a bonus will paid.

**The Skills**
At Solar Fast, we value experience, hard-work and the willingness to learn - you don’t need a master’s degree to work here. You just need the following skills:

- Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Computer Proficiency
- Interpersonal skills
- Basic Maths skills
- Excellent use of the English language (written & spoken)
- Good telephone etiquette

**What’s The Work Schedule?**
The work schedule is the usual Mon-Fri (9-5). We believe in family 1st at Gas Fast and we can discuss flexibility around childcare and other commitments.
