If you’re good at talking to people and have an excellent attention to detail, then you’re the sort of person we’re looking for

Experience in a similar role is must, and experience in the energy industry is preferred, but not required - it’s a new industry, so don’t worry if you don’t know much - full training is provided.

We help protect the environment, by making it easier for people to install energy-saving products, including innovative equipment, such as solar panels. Doing this also helps people save money on their energy bills.

**The Role**
We install equipment across the UK, every week for hundreds of customers. If successful, you’ll be working in our Head Office, communicating with our customers.

Ideally for this position we require someone with experience managing & planning installations/jobs nationwide in a similar capacity.

Here’s what we need from you:

- Ability to work as a team
- Keep track of upcoming installations through our bespoke software platform, and ensuring data is correct
- Experience booking and planning jobs for engineers/labourers - Utilising an understanding of logistics to ensure efficiency
- Experience dealing with customer over the phone to resolve issues / book engineer visits in to rectify any installation faults
- Basic understanding of the Solar Panel installation process for domestic properties (Full training will be provided so this is not essential)

No day is the same, every home and customer is different. You’ll be faced with new challenges and scenarios, learning as-you-go, with each project; working within a fast-paced environment.

**The Skills**
At Solar Fast, we value experience, hard-work and willingness to learn - you don’t need a master’s degree to work here. You just need the following skills:

- Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Computer Proficiency
- Interpersonal skills
- Basic Maths skills
- Excellent use of the English language (written & spoken)
- Good telephone etiquette

**Money & Benefits**

- We’ll pay you £22,000 - £25,000 a year (depending on experience)

**What’s The Work Schedule?**

The work schedule is the usual Mon-Fri (9-5).
