**We’re Hiring** Our solar energy company is growing really fast, so we’re now looking to expand our Head Office team.

If you have an interest in basic 3D design (no experience required), then we want to hear from you We’re looking to hire a Project Design Executive that will render 3D designs for our solar customers.

Don’t worry - you don’t need any prior experience, as full training will be provided.

Experience in the solar industry is preferred of course, but not required - it’s a new industry, so don’t worry if you don’t know much - full training is provided.

Nobody expects you to know it all (but if you do, great).

**The Role**
We install solar products across the UK, every week for hundreds of customers. If successful, you’ll be working in our Head Office, designing 3D renders of homes, visualising them with solar panels.

Here’s what we need from a Project Design Executive:

- Ability to work as a team.
- Design 3D renders of homes with solar panels, using an easy-to-use, drag-and-drop specialist software (full training provided).
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to take responsibility.
- Liaise with field sales team and the solar admin team about the designs of properties.

No day is the same, every project and customer is different. You’ll be faced with new challenges and scenarios, learning as-you-go, working within a fast-paced environment.

**The Skills**
At Solar Fast, we value experience and the willingness to learn - you don’t need a master’s degree to work here. You just need the following skills:

- Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Computer Proficiency
- Interpersonal skills
- Basic Maths skills
- Excellent use of the English language (written & spoken)
- Good telephone etiquette

According to our other Design Executives, it also helps if you love playing video games.

**What’s The Work Schedule?**
The work schedule is the usual Mon-Fri (9-5). We believe in family 1st at Gas Fast and we can discuss flexibility around childcare and other commitments.
