We have an exciting opportunity for a **Workflow Manager** to join our stunning agency client. Our client is a specialist B2B marketing consultancy that fuses customer and industry knowledge to build content and campaigns that speak from anoutside-in perspective.

**About you**:

You have outstanding communication skills and are as confident managing up asyou are down. You take pleasure in ensuring the smooth flow of work through a creative business. And you do it with flair, allocating the right work to the right people at the right time. You’re a superpower in thinking ahead to anticipate resource and skillsneeds and are dedicated to seeking out new approaches to continuously improve process. Ideally, you’ll have proved yourself for 3+ years as a traffic/workflow manager or (junior) project manager in a creative agency.

**The job**

You'll be working as part of a talented and motivated team of in-house designers, artworkers, animators, video editors, developers, project managers, copywriters, and consultants to deliver digital content campaigns. You will manage the flow of tasks throughthe studio, allocating resources, including freelance talent, to deliver projects to time and budget. You’ll support the creative director and senior studio team by ensuring everyone follows due process to deliver outstanding creative work. Once resource isallocated, you’ll work with one of our project managers to brief in projects, making sure everyone knows what they are doing, why and by when. And you’ll run regular studio stand-ups to check everything’s on track, and troubleshoot if not. You’ll report onthe status of multiple concurrent projects to multiple stakeholders on a daily, sometimes hourly, basis to get the job done.

Thinking ahead, you’ll proactively meet with account teams to understand resourcing needs and take responsibility for pipeline management and the processes that support it. And you’ll attend weekly meetings with senior studio team members to discuss andprioritise upcoming projects. Last but not least, you must keep up to date on workflow management best practice and evolving industry trends, standards and technologies. And, of course, we'll want you to share your knowledge with your colleagues - refiningor overhauling process as needed.
