The Workflow Administrator reports to the Service & Operations Team Leader and the role sits within the Global Content Operations organisation. The role interfaces with teams across GCO as well as other areas of the business.

With dual headquarters in the City of London and New York. The Workflow Administrator sits within the Global Content Operations team which is the fastest growing area of the business.

**Description**

The duties of the Workflow Administrator are:

- Manage the workflow of collection and processing of financial statement data globally into the central Fitch fundamentals database allocating priority requests as necessary
- Ensure all Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments are met and adherence to policies
- Support requests and queries from internal and external users ensuring resolution in a timely and efficient manner
- Refine procedures and policies and ensure robust documentation is in place and training is provided to support all aspects of good data governance
- Ensure data collection tasks are delivered against agreed deadlines and regular updates provided to management
- Run data quality checks and regularly publish metrics

**Profile**

Main skills for theWorkflow Administrator now:

- Ability to balance multiple tasks in parallel and prioritize high volumes of work effectively
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint-VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables-ESSENTIAL
- Exposure to QlikView and Salesforce desired
