**JOB OVERVIEW**

Working as a Technical Architect / Principal Dynamics Consultant (D365 Business Central) you will be a key member of the ERP business unit, working with a strong team on significant projects and initiatives across their customer base.

As the Technical Architect / Principal Dynamics Consultant (D365 Business Central) you will be empowered to make key decisions within an ambitious high growth digital technology business with previous experience implementing BC and/or NAV solutions end toend.

**DUTIES**

The Technical Architect / Principal Dynamics Consultant (D365 Business Central) will deliver BC solutions end to end and key responsibilities will include:

- Carry out essential project tasks such as GAP analysis, effective product handovers and signing-off project milestones, verifying that configuration is appropriate based on client requirements and expectations
- Work both independently and with other members of the consultancy team, feeding back client information to ensure excellent customer service
- Participating in creating internal documentation
- Generating marketing content
- Being involved in continuous and process improvement across the team
- Line management/mentoring of team members

**ABOUT YOU**
- You will have completed multiple new end to end Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC implementations
- Experience of gathering and documenting customer requirements and relating them to the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC
- MB-800 certification preferred
- Experience with ISV products such as Jet Reports and Continia preferred
- Exposure to financial systems and methodologies
- Data migration experience
- Knowledge of business processes
- Strong commercial awareness
- Good knowledge and ability to demonstrate functionality
- Consulting and customer facing experience
- The ability to deliver training sessions on a one to one or group basis
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to strict deadlines
