**Business Development Executive**

**Gloucester**

**£27,000 - £30,000 + performance related bonus**

Our established and thriving Gloucester-based client has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join them. The Business Development Executive will have experience in a similar business development environment and will have an excellentcustomer-centric focus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and follow-up meeting actions using HubSpot CRM, assigning key actions to attendees
- Build strong customer relationships
- Support the Business Development team
- Raise any issues that need to be investigated before they become problematic
- Work closely with customer service in the set-up of the customer branding and the structure of the ordering portal
- Produce and submit prospect quotations and samples
- Oversee and manage new customer implementation and onboarding, liaising with different departments internally & externally
- Periodically run reports for prospects and customers
- Review service levels for new clients based on agreed KPIs
- Join internal meetings - daily huddles, weekly sales meeting etc

**Skills/ Experience**:

- Experience in a similar business development role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Administration skills
- Confident communicator
- Self starter
- Highly organised and able to work in a busy environment
- Able to prioritise work schedule
