**Role: Residential Care Worker**

**Salary**: **Up to £26,500.00 per annum, including annual sleep in allowance and dependant on experience plus welcome bonus of £200 - £300 and **another £200 - £300 once you pass your probation (minimum six months)**

**Hours: Full-time, Permanent **(40 hours per week - 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern)

Acorn Education and Care, are recruiting **Residential Care Workers** to join our teams within the Shropshire Region.

Little Dinthill is a beautiful character property based in Ford, Shropshire. It is a 3 bedded home and has a long standing grading of Good with Ofsted. The home supports children between the ages of 8 and 17 both male and female and specialises in supportfor children who have experienced previous trauma in their lives by a dedicated team of adults who are trained in the PACE parenting model of therapeutic care.

The homes is based in the Shrewsbury area**, **and is within commutable distance from Nantwich, Whitchurch, Telford, Shifnal and surrounds

Our residential homes are friendly and fun, and though there are challenges too, everything we do is dedicated to creating rewarding experiences - for those we look after and for everyone in our team

- ‘Journey to Management’ programme - starting with your **Level 4 Apprenticeship for Children Young People and Families Practitioner **with the ability to continue on to your L5 Management qualification (all qualifications funded by us)
