**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide administrative support to architects and project managers, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating project timelines.
- Assist in the preparation of design documents, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Maintain and organize project files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Communicate with local planning authorities, book building control visits, and liaise with clients and contractors to facilitate project progress.
- Support the team in financial administration, including invoicing and tracking project budgets. Use of Xero accounting software would be beneficial.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the workspace is organized and efficient.
- Experience with social media platforms and design tools such as Canva will be beneficial.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the architecture or design industry, or a strong interest in pursuing a career in this field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and design tools like Canva is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
