Sales Support Administrator

**We are currently recruiting for a superstar Sales Support Administrator who is available immediately to start a new fantastic opportunity.**
**The role is very Customer Service focused and you must be able to multitask with various administration tasks as well as supporting the Sales Team.**
**The role is to start immediately and based in Irlam**
**Day to day Responsibilities**:
- Managing customer orders with internal and external supply centres.
- Providing copies of missing commercial invoices for carriers.
- Arranging export paperwork when required.
- Dealing with carriers regarding problems with deliveries.
- Dealing with Customer/Export questionnaires to release orders for shipment.
- Dealing with customer queries in the post sales environment
- Arranging returns to vendors and our US facilities
**You must be able to**:
- Communication with distribution centres in the UK and The Netherlands to ensure efficiency from booking in, to product delivery.
- Providing customers, both internal and external with prompt and accurate information for expedite and product availability enquiries.
- Work to maintain late order lines as low as possible month on month.
- Providing visibility across the sales functions of product availability.
- Support for after sales service including product returns, warranty repairs and replacements during holidays and absence.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
- Work effectively as an individual and as part of a team.
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to project a professional image
