As part of this role you’ll be responsible for a number of system’s administration areas, including supporting Regional Account Managers and Business Development Managers, maintaining contract pricing, control of customer and group settings, customer product exclusions, order forms - Support setting up order forms for customers and escalation of issues to Field Sales, liaison between customers and the field sales team. A good knowledge of IT systems, including Excel and Outlook and effective organizational skills providing administrative support to enable the sales department to fulfil its responsibilities to both internal and external customers.

You need to be a strong, natural communicator and team player; happy to work in a busy and challenging environment. You will be motivated, organized, flexible and driven to achieve results whilst building effective working relationships both internally and externally.
