**Truck Workshop Administrator**

**Part Time - Monday to Friday: 09.30 to 14.30**

GB Fleetcare maintain and operate the Truck Workshop at Tesco Hinckley and are looking for a strong administrator to join our expanding nation-wide company

**The Role**:

- Above all we need a focused and organised person
- Controlling and prioritising the office workflow
- Working directly our with our customers
- Preparing repair estimates
- Gaining work authorisation for any additional repairs
- Costing and Building Customer Invoices
- Maintaining Vehicle files and records
- Everything we do is about providing Quality, Quality, Quality
