Reporting to the Internal Resource Lead in a global team of Resource Coordinators and a Resources Data Coordinator, the Resource Coordinator is a key role in the Offshore Business providing support and guidance to managers and Directors globally on recruitment processes. The Resource Coordinator provides key support and interface to the local HR teams to ensure processes run smoothly and effectively for both the business and HR local teams. The Resource Coordinator will take the lead on maintaining key business documents and information relating to internal resource data, job description document control and management of business organisation charts.

The Resource Coordinator may be a sole internal role supported with external contractors or, as the business grows Resource Coordinators may take the lead on one or more key geographical areas for the business.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Work with relevant local HR teams to plan recruitment processes to the best benefit of the business and recruitment managers
- Assist local HR teams with collating information and data to support recruitment processes or planned campaigns.
- Provide advice and support to recruiting managers on commencing new recruitment process or backfilling staff
- Document control management of job descriptions available across all business areas and geographical regions (note: different regions have different requirements for job descriptions)
- Maintain business organisation charts including charts in use for the purpose of planning and organisational design with local HR teams and organisational charts for use in distributing to the business.
- Be the authority on current processes and status of processes ongoing globally for the business, HR, and the Internal Resource Lead
- Report on project and departments positions and provide solutions for the relevant recruiting area
- Develop processes or guides in accordance with the deliverables to add value for the business and global teams

**What you’ll bring**
- Exceptional attention to detail
- High level knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work to firm timelines and deliver scopes of work
- Flexible in approach to work including being able to prioritise multiple demands on time or resources to deliver for the greatest benefit of the business
- Ability to forward plan and anticipate problems
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on maintaining and developing internal stakeholder relationships
