**About the role**

As an HR health and benefit wellbeing coordinator you will form an integral part of the team, assisting in coordinating all administrative activities surrounding the roll out of a global wellbeing and mental health awareness programmes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing all allocated training programs as allocated by the Team Leader and acting as first point for client and vendor queries.
- Coordinating diaries of key speakers, trainers, course attendees and any other relevant participants and scheduling course dates/times with internal clients/external vendors; make changes as required.
- Liaising with Multi-Media, Restaurant Associates and Corporate Services to arrange training logistics and ensure 100% accuracy and arranging for all logistics (virtual and in person) for external instructors including visitor passes, meet, and greet and close of course.
- Developing and administrating surveys/evaluations and analysing and present conclusions and common feedback themes.
- Supporting ad hoc requests and projects as allocated by the Team Leader, organising, and managing ad-hoc events and internally led initiatives.

**Required skills and experience**:

- Proven administrative experience either within a Human Resources function or a corporate department.
- Displays a high attention to detail, delivering work to a prominent level of accuracy and identifying errors that need to be addressed.
- Familiar with Zoom and Microsoft Teams technology to manage events and trainings.
- Ability to take ownership, to work autonomously and willingness to be accountable whilst aware of own limitations and of when to seek guidance from more experienced colleagues.
- Data experience or aptitude; strong numerical skills.
- Must be able to flex hours to time zones given this is a global co-ordination role.

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
