Resourcing Coordinator

The role will be based home based predominantly with occasional travel to either Glasgow and Manchester offices for meetings and recruitment attraction.

**What will you be doing?**
- Conduct daily Contact Centre agent telephone interviews
- Assisting in the coordination of the recruitment process/administration
- Complete on a daily basis recruitment administration duties including offer processes
- Completing regular MI within timescales and data generation and daily maintenance of trackers
- Support shortlisting, interviewing and assessments, plus offer process
- Working within the Resourcing Team to successfully recruit Operational and Specialist roles
- Preparing and placing adverts and role profiles for both internal and external vacancies
- Right to work checks and support the commencement of pre-employment screening checks
- Ensuring all targets/deadlines are met

**Is this you?**
- Proven track record in recruitment administration
- Able to take ownership of recruitment administration activities
- Able to post adverts across a variety of channels, LinkedIn, indeed etc and have used an ATS system competently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills
