**HOURS**:
Full Time 40 hours per week working 8 hours per day within the following hours:

- Between the hours of 07.00 and 19.00, Monday to Sunday from the 1st April through 31st October. Overtime will be readily available during the summer season.
- Between the hours of 07.00 and 17.00, Monday to Friday, from the 1st November through 31st March. Weekend work will be required occasionally.

This role does require full flexibility including working some rostered weekends from April to October. The position is predominantly office based.

**THE DEPARTMENT**

London Operations is a busy department responsible for the airport transfers of all guests arriving into and departing from London. It is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the London excursion programme, including the control of ticket allocations and the assignment of London guides and transportation.

**THE ROLE**

**THE POSITION**
- Assist our team of Local Hosts, London Blue Badge Guides and Tour Guides with queries.
- Booking airport transfers for our guests and adjusting airport transfers on the day according to flights schedule changes.
- Operation of our London Excursions programme.
- Coordinate movement of coaches and London Blue Badge Guides.
- Booking a variety of excursions through different providers.
- Keeping theatres, restaurants and other partners up to date with our booking numbers and special requirements.
- Checking bookings sent to us by our overseas offices and making sure that flight details and special requests are correct and effectively dealt with.
- Day to day liaison with our teams and suppliers in resolving operational challenges.
- Provide clear and concise product and service information to suppliers and partners as required.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities as required.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and very strong administrative skills essential
- Resourceful and flexible
- Positive attitude towards working shifts including weekends and Bank Holidays
- Punctual and dependable
- IT literate with ability to use in-house systems (after training) and be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and using the Internet.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines.
- Ability to build a rapport and maintain relationships with suppliers and co-workers.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
