This is a highly visible role, suited to someone confident operating at director level and coordinating activity across multiple senior stakeholders.You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of a high-performing regional leadership office, providing proactive executive support, coordination, and strategic organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare high-quality briefing materials, presentations, and papers for senior leadership and board-level meetingsCoordinate regional planning activities, including milestones, budgets, and resource requirementsSupport and manage specific projects across senior leadership teamsAct as a central point of contact for business change, communications, and stakeholder engagementLead and coordinate meetings, events, conferences, and senior-level visitsSupport business planning activities aligned to corporate objectives and review processesCoordinate national and regional presentations, briefings, and internal engagement eventsPromote best practice and collaboration across cross-functional teamsEssential Skills & ExperienceProven experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level stakeholdersHighly organised, proactive, and self-motivatedExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation preparationStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levelsConfident working in fast-paced, complex organisational environmentsAble to build and maintain strong internal and external networksAdditional InformationFull-time onsite role based in YorkOccasional travel to London (travel expenses covered)Public-sector contract subject to BPSS clearanceGuaranteed Interview Scheme applicable for qualifying candidates (if applicable)
