Due to ongoing growth, my client are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team They pride themselves on staff development, and with this position you will have the opportunity to progress into an Account Manager role.

My client is an industry leading print business, established over 60 years ago they are a pioneer within the marketing and communications side of the industry. Based at their Cheadle Head Office, they are currently seeking Customer Service Advisors to join their team

The Customer Service Executive will need to have a confident personality, sound communication skills, a good understanding of systems and be a team player. You will be given you own customer base to manage and be the Customer Services representative for key accounts. This role has a good grounding to develop into the Account Management teams or other areas of the Group.

**The Role**
- A Customer focused and driven individual to provide excellent customer service
- A good communicator and able to solve problems under pressure
- Support all the groups customer account base on all queries and order management for printed materials and other items.
- To manage internal and external client communications in a clear and effective manner.
- Ensure jobs are processed and managed in accordance with the group and client SLA’s
- Process destructions for the correct imprints/versions of products within the correct timeframe
- Liaise with couriers to provide up to date and accurate delivery information
- Manage information provided on the Webshops

**The Person**
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Fantastic communication skills
- A good understanding of systems
- Team player.

**Responsibilities/Duties**
- Deal with queries and complaints in polite and timely fashion
- Process orders accurately within SLA's
- Understand customer requirements
- Provide advice on the availability of products, whether users are allowed specific items and any physical limits in place
- Feedback specific customer requirements both internally and externally
- Regular data checks to ensure accuracy of information
- Check data Exception Reports
- Create and amend Permissions on LMS

**Salary + Benefits**
The salary has a range of £23,000 - £24,000. Plus benefits including overtime, excellent private pension scheme, competitive holiday allowance (25 days plus Bank Holidays), and much more
