Head of Retail Delegated Pricing

This is an opportunity to join us and shape our overall delegated business strategy in the Retail market, making a real difference to our organisation’s volumes, customer experience (which is at the heart of everything we do), performance and growth.

As a result of exciting growth in our retail pricing team, we’re looking for an experienced senior leader within the Retail market that not only has the technical ability, but also the energy and enthusiasm to drive change and unleash the full potential of our people to grow our Retail business

We are flexible on location but there will be a requirement to be in our Fareham office occasionally.

**What will you be doing?**

As the Head of Delegated Pricing, you will manage, plan and lead the pricing oversight of our delegated business. This will be an opportunity to bring your creative flair to managing the Pricing relationships on our delegated business, supporting management to select, onboard and manage a growing book of delegated business.

You’ll lead the development of efficient processes to obtain, process and analyse delegated data to bring strategic insights and help management maintain profitable development of the business.

Collaboration and communication are critical in this role. You will be working with several internal functions such as Legal, IT and Marketing to drive initiatives and deliverables aimed at the Retail market, as well as working with the Underwriting Director, Underwriting Leadership Team and wider business leads.

There will also be an external facing element of the role as you will be meeting and building relationships with external brokers and Managing General Agents within the market.

**What are we looking for?**

We would love to hear from you if you are an experienced senior level leader with experience in the Retail Market. Strong communication and influencing skills are needed so we would like you to be able to demonstrate these. We are looking for someone to bring their expertise and help us grow so knowledge and understanding of industry trends is a must for us.
