A long standing, well-established, medium sized High End Residential building and refurbishment contractor is looking to add a hardworking Contracts Manager to their close knit team.

The successful Project Manager will join a team specialising in bespoke residential luxury one off new builds and refurbishment projects throughout Surrey, London and the home counties.

The company has 2 years + pipeline of works and are offering a permanent, stable and long term opportunity with great support and development prospects.

**The Project Manager's Role**

The successful Project Manager will be based in the office in London and will also be expected to visit sites 2 / 3 times a week - the majority of sites are London based. For the other 2/3 days of the week you will either be office based in London or areable to work from home.

Projects range from £2 - £15+ million and are usually High-End Residential renovations / Refurbishments and new builds.

You will be taking projects from Pre - construction to handover whilst working in some of Londons most prestigious areas.

**The Project Manager - Requirements**
- High end residential experience £1 Million + budgets
- Excellent organisational & team management skills
- Good computer skills - Dropbox's etc
- A valid driving licence
- Construction background
