**Preferred skills & experience**:
- Customer support experience
- IT Support Experience
- Experience with remote access software
- Knowledge of ERP business software, sales order processing, stock management and/or accounting packages
- Knowledge of how a stockist, wholesale or distributor business functions
**Job description**:
Our customers are the most important part of our business so we're looking for an energetic, customer focused and enthusiastic individual with a desire to develop knowledge of an entire ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software package. Our Support Advisors are passionate about delivering first class software support to our prof.ITplus customer base.
**Responsibilities**:
- Accurately record information from customers into our call logging software (Sunrise)
- Provide a first-time fix depending on the complexity of the query while managing incidents within our OKR's
- Ensure the reputation of the company is upheld at all times by providing excellent customer service
- Embark on our EMERGE training programme to learn our ERP Software prof.ITplus
- Liaise with 3rd parties and OGL peers for collaboration and troubleshooting
- Data connector checks - Remote monitoring of customer systems
