We are looking for customer-focused individuals who can fulfil an Account Management role within our Customer Success Team. With over 600 existing customers across the UK and a growing customer base, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for their next opportunity. You will be a primary point of contact and advocate of our portfolio of products and solutions, to ensure our customers are maximising their software experience and usage of the solutions within their business. Our delivery teams are also always on hand to support and advise, as you identify and explore sales growth opportunities.

You will be working alongside other experienced Customer Success Managers who will support your integration into the team and handover of accounts. Excellent customer service and retention will always be at the forefront of your approach.

**Now for the detail**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact and exceptional customer service and providing advice and guidance on relevant software solutions and processes.
- Present recommendations for new solutions and services aligned to the needs of the customer.
- Attend scheduled meetings with other members of the team, including Line Managers, to discuss potential pipeline and ongoing activity.
- Maintain an appropriate level of knowledge of products, services and technological developments to be able to advise customers.
- Communication with internal stakeholders to assist in scoping and delivering of suggested solutions and opportunities.
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets including the renewal and retention of existing contracts.

**Key Skills & Experience**
- Preferable experience of working with an ERP system. You may have used our solutions, or an alternative ERP system in your career offering you a great insight into real world benefits that can be realised.
- Preferable experience in delivering customer-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Can demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, internally and externally.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Committed to delivering first-class customer service and building a long-lasting trusted position.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, organised and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
- Software and/or sales experience preferable but not essential.
