We're looking for an experienced Software Implementation Consultant or someone seeking a career change with a background in accounts, purchasing, or warehouse environments to join our friendly team in Stourport-on-Severn. In this role, you'll lead the implementation of our advanced Profit4 ERP software, helping small and medium-sized businesses streamline operations and drive growth. Whether you're an established consultant or bringing industry expertise from a related field, your skills will be key in guiding clients through digital transformation and ensuring they stay competitive in an evolving market.

Be Part of the Solution

In this role, you'll lead the implementation of our advanced Profit4 ERP software, helping small and medium-sized businesses streamline their operations and achieve success. You'll work closely with customers from start to finish, analysing their processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and encouraging them to approach challenges from a fresh perspective. By providing expert guidance, you'll ensure a smooth and efficient transition, equipping them with the tools they need to succeed.

Your Role in Our Success

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. You'll work alongside our Project Leaders, Data Migration Analysts, and Software Support teams, backed by an experienced and supportive leadership group. As a product specialist, you'll translate complex concepts into practical solutions, ensuring customers get the most from their system with clarity and integrity.

You'll build trust, foster strong relationships, and be a key player in our customers' digital journeys. Whether engaging customers eager to explore new possibilities or providing expert guidance to those hesitant about change, your ability to communicate, problem-solve, and inspire confidence will be key.
