Senior Office Administrator

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage day to day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative functions
- Perform clerical duties including data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately
- The ability to enter orders, quotations and arrange shipping with different couriers
- Coordinate office and warehouse supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to main stock levels
- Prepare reports and stock levels in Google suite Applications
- Support the Directors with administrative tasks
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as required
- Liaise with all staff at all levels, Including staff at our international warehouses
**Experience**
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in data entry and computerised office systems
- Sage 200 would be advantageous (training can be given)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
The hours of work are 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday
Interviews from 13th January through to 24th January 2025
Expected hours: 40 per week
