We're looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to support our day-to-day operations, embody our company culture and help keep everything running smoothly. This is a varied and rewarding role with the opportunity to develop and grow with the business.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator located in High Wycombe. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, handling office equipment, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth office operations. Daily tasks include answering phone calls; onboarding and arranging employment contracts; recruitment; managing site supplies, coordinating with various departments; and assisting with scheduling and documentation.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
- Proficiency with Office Equipment
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Previous experience using CRM system (desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
