**HR & Office Administrator - **The Role:
To provide a comprehensive and professional Human Resources advice and support service to the business and cover some office admin responsibilities for our retail department.
**HR & Office Administrator - **Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional HR advice and support to all stakeholders in the Hazlemere group on a range of issues including but not exclusively:
- Employee relations and Employment legislation
- Disciplinary and Grievance
- Staff performance and capability
- Contracts, Terms and Conditions of Employment
- Attendance Management
- Training and Development
- Redeployment, redundancy and organisational design
- Creating a job profile in consultation with the Recruiting manager, where there is not one already available
- Arranging interviews and assisting in interviews where required including the administration and reporting of the Thomas International PPA
- Making offers and completing induction for all new employees
- Responsible for updating all HR policies and procedures in line with changes in legislation and business needs
- Undertaking all HR Administration including liaising with the Accounts team with regards to all Pensions, Payroll and Benefits issues
- Oversee the Benefits provision with regular reviews and recommendations to the Board of Directors
- Undertake the administration of the company’s fleet
- Maintain Business Insurance documentation and liaise with the insurance brokers on behalf of the business and as required
- Carry out any other duties that may be deemed necessary for the completion of the works by the company and/or the line manager
- Undertake office administration such as sorting shared inboxes, making up information packs, data input into spreadsheets and our CRM system

- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Good communication skills
- A good understanding of Microsoft office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
