- A strong sales track record, ideally in IT support, Service Desk, or managed services.
- Experience working with large corporate clients, especially in aviation (airports, airlines, or passenger processing systems, such as kiosks and bag-drop solutions).
- The ambition to step into leadership and the ability to drive results through innovation and collaboration.
- Strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset to help grow the business and team.
- A degree in Business, IT, or Marketing (MBA preferred, but not essential).
