**Head of People & Culture - **Groundwork Greater Manchester**

Are you a values-driven and visionary leader specialising in People and Culture?
This is a unique opportunity to become Groundwork Greater Manchester's first ever Head of People and Culture following a period of change, reflection and growth.**
**Why is this role so special?**
**You'll be a member of the SLT and report directly to the Exec Director, leading the development and implementation of a brand-new people strategy. By fostering an inclusive and empowering culture, you'll drive on-going organisational developmentalongside plans for continued growth.**
**Salary: £40-45k**
**Base: Trafford Park, Manchester or Ashton-Under-Lyne with hot-desking available in other offices and hybrid and flexible working options**
**Permanent role; open to flexible proposals such as compressed hours, reduced hours, job share**

**About the role**:
**GGM recently launched a People Strategy to provide a framework for continuous improvement, engaging the whole staff team to agree organisational values. You'll take ownership for developing, leading and implementing that strategy.
**Including elements of**:organisational development, people strategy, employee engagement, talent acquisition and management, retention and reward, and delivery of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion vision and goals.**

You're qualified (at degree level or equivalent experience) in HR, Organisational Development or related field.
You have significant experience of leading strategic people and culture change in an agile, complex and evolving organisation.
