**The Role & Team**
This is a new role within the Anti-Social Behaviour Team, Young and Safe, SAFER in North East Lincolnshire Council.
The ASB team work in partnership with a number of statutory and non-statutory key stakeholders, such as Humberside Police and local housing providers to reduce crime / disorder and Anti-Social Behaviour. The team have geographical responsibility and work closely within the parameters in the crime and disorder act 1998 and the ASB crime and policing act 2014.
There is a heavy focus on victim satisfaction which is developed through the local community trigger. This team member will work with services operating within the youth justice model such as the youth offending team and the street based youth engagement team.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Understand current anti-social behaviour and investigations and incidents
- Understand current antisocial behaviour and legislation
- Work in partnership with the Humberside Police and other organisations dedicated to reduce ASB
- Work in a problem solving orientated manner to proactively resolve incidents of anti social behaviour
- To develop a child centred approach and to fully understand victim empathy and satisfaction

**This role is a blended working role - **which means the duties of the role may require a blend of home & office working in line with needs of the service.
