You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to create a positive, structured learning environment where young people can thrive.This is a rewarding role for someone passionate about helping pupils overcome barriers to learning. You will provide one-to-one and small group support, helping students build self-regulation, social skills, and confidence.
