**JOB TITLE**:Financial Services Administrator
**LOCATION**:Bridgwater, Somerset (office based)
**SALARY**:£20,000 - £25,000 PA DOE
**HOURS**:Full time, permanent, 35 hours per week, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (1 hour for lunch)
**BENEFITS**:25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, company pension, training and development opportunities, free parking, small and friendly working environment.
**THE COMPANY**:A well established and professional firm seeking a committed and motivated Administrator. The role will suit someone who is interested in working within the Financial Service sector.
**KEY DUTIES**:
- Prepare client valuations and reports.
- Dealing with written and telephone enquiries from clients and product providers.
- Placing deals and managing clients' portfolios online.
- Maintaining client records and updating them, as required.
- Carrying out Money Laundering checks.
- Arranging client meetings.
- Recording and updating data on back office systems.
- General administration duties.
**THE CANDIDATE**:
- Ideally experience in financial services or another regulated professional sector.
- Administrative experience and proficient user of MS Office.
- Confident communicator with professional working manner.
- Team player.
