This is a part time position of 21 hours per week based at our Office in Greylake, near Bridgwater, however there will be a requirement to work some additional hours throughout the year to cover staff holidays.

**Hours of Work**

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday - 9.30am - 4.30pm

**This position is for a January 2025 start**

**Job Summary**

**Skills required**:
Excellent written & communication skills
Ability to multitask & prioritize in a busy, fast paced and changing environment
Customer Service Orientated
Able to complete complex administrative tasks with mínimal supervision
Ability to work both individually and as part of a team

Knowledge of Xero an advantage but not essential as training given

Must be confident on the phone to liaise with customers

Willingness to learn

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week
