**Job Title**:HR Administrator
**Location**:Bridgwater, Somerset (office based)
**Hours**: Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm and Friday 8.30am-4pm

**The role**: The key purpose of the role will be to strengthen and support the HR department through providing an accurate, efficient and effective administration process and service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and co-ordinate all administration tasks within the department, such as; induction, recruitment and selection, new starters, leavers, employment changes, absence related documentation, training, performance reviews, appraisals, probation reviews,service awards, employee of the month, long service awards
- Maintain and utilise the HR Data / system through timely and accurate input and producing reports to assist with the provision of management information and KPI reporting
- Support the HR Team via the provision of an effective, efficient, value adding service whilst being able to accept delegated tasks
- Produce all reports as required to support KPI reporting for the site, H&S, OH etc.
- Maintain organisation charts following starters/changes/leavers
- Responsible for scheduling an exit interview for all leavers
- Responsible for the co-ordination of Long Service Awards for the site
- Administer referrals to Occupational Health in conjunction with advice from the HRBP/HR Advisor
- Supports the company in meeting the annual appraisal and objective setting deadline via accurate recording and reporting
- Support the HR Advisor and HR Business Partner with scheduling interviews / monitoring absence levels / sending out timely correspondence
- Draft all Offers for Factory Operations appointments
- Ensure that all Factory Operations vacancies are proactively managed (approvals, selection and offer)
- Support the effective on boarding of new employees by scheduling attendance at the company induction for all new employees
- Conduct quarterly internal audits to ensure that all employee data is accurate
- Responsible for ensuring that we hold valid right to work documentation for all employees
**The Person**:
The successful applicant will be a confident Administrator, ideally with some HR or recruitment experience and therefore some knowledge of HR practices. You could be an experienced Administrator working towards a CIPD qualification or have a keen interestto move your career forward within a HR support role. Excellent communication skills are a must as well as being a competent user of MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook. This role requires confidentiality and diplomacy at all times so you will need to be ableto demonstrate this as well as efficient time management skills.
