Marketing Manager

You will define and lead all marketing ensuring cohesion and unified tone of voice between brand-level activities, solution-level campaigns and linking those to regional goals and activities.
You will join a small but growing Marketing Team that has a global focus (UK, Europe and US). You will be expected to build trusted relationshipswith key, targeted personnel within the business with the customers and partner organisations.
**Your responsibilities include**:
- Developing, executing, monitoring and optimising demand generation campaigns to drive engagement and demand resulting in marketing qualified leads (MQLs) for BDR/Sales through the creative use of digital, social engagement in conjunction with the productowners and sales team.
- Developing and executing strategy and campaigns via digital marketing, social engagement and brand partnerships to drive traffic.
- Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand.
- Analysing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Producing and publishing targeted web content benefiting supporting demand and lead gen strategies and highly targeted journeys.
- Taking a proactive and innovate approach to managing social networks and the company's social communications strategy, including regular publishing plan, creative engagement in conversations with social groups, meetups, and individuals to raise brand awarenessand generate leads.
- Managing and leading the regional events programme.
**Requirements for the position of Marketing Manager include**:
- Extensive experience of Account based Marketing and Digital Marketing best practices and trends.
- Expert within the Tech market, preferably within SaaS.
- Ability to work closely with Sales, Brand Marketing and other key stakeholders and be an influencer to the global demand generation strategy.
- Ability to harmoniously combine new digital methods with traditional campaign elements (advertising, events, DM) to ensure an integrated approach to lead gen.
- Familiarity with marketing automation toolsets and their capabilities.
- Ability to influence and maintain exceptional communication skills, including presenting to internal and external groups.
- Excellent knowledge and skill with identifying and communicating to different buyer personas.
**Desirable**:
- Experience working in the monitoring market segment and/or with cloud platform vendors (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, OpenShift) or DevOps providers.
- Salesforce, Marketo, and Tableau skills and experience.
- Spanish, Portuguese or Italian language skills.

**The Package**:
- Salary: £55k-£65k.

**Location**: The position of Marketing Manager is based remotely within the UK. There will be some requirement to travel to the Midlands for meetings and potentially international travel.
