**Job description**
We are looking to recruit an Administrator to join our team in the Service & Warranty Department to contribute in delivering an excellent service to our national customer base.
The main responsibilities will comprise of:
- Logging of service jobs and delegating to engineers
- Ensuring customers are kept updated with progress of each visit
- Recording outcome of each visit on any applicable internal and external portals
- Chasing updates from engineers until each job completed
- Supporting colleagues with any service/warranty enquiries
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good communication skills
- Great customer service
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Package:
Standard hours are 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5pm
25 days paid holiday per year plus Bank Holidays
Competitive salary based on experience
