**Overview**:

We are looking for a TCO who can mirror the standards of a state of the art premium practice and deliver on providing a 5* service to patients.

We are seeking a professional, energetic and friendly TCO to join our premium practice in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice while providing exceptional support to both patients and dental professionals.

**Duties**:
Consult with Patients: Be the first point of contact for new patients, making them feel welcome and at ease.

Generate/ convert Leads: Handle all leads according to the designated pathway using strong negotiation and closing skills whilst ensuring all information is captured and recorded as required.

Coordinate Treatment Plans: Clearly explain treatment / payment options to patients and assist them with any enquiries to enable them to begin their journey to better teeth. Follow up individual patient lists with the aim of converting patients and generating revenue.

Achieve Personal and Team Goals: Use your competitive nature to meet or exceed patient acquisition and treatment goals, driving growth for the practice.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
**Dental Nursing or Treatment Coordinator Experience**: Ideal for a GDC-registered dental nurse ready for a new role in patient coordination or an experienced TCO looking for an innovative practice.

**Confident and Proactive**: Comfortable using online platforms, social media, and traditional marketing techniques to generate leads and build our patient community.

**Excellent Communicator**: Skilled at building rapport, explaining treatment benefits clearly, and making patients feel confident and informed. Generally offer patients an exceptional level of customer service.

**Organized and Detail-Oriented**: Able to manage multiple patient cases, have excellent admin and record-keeping abilities.

**Working Hours (Full Time)**

**Monday - Friday-**8:30am - 5:30pm

**Schedule**:

- 8 hour shift

**Salary**: up to £15.50 per hour depending on experience

Pay: £13.00-£15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus
