**Role: Children's Residential Support Worker**

**Location: Romford**

**Salary: £11.05 - £12.00 per hour**

Stepping Stones Care are looking for a Residential Support Worker to join our fantastic team in Romford. Our incredible OFSTED Good Rated 4 bedded children's home is in need of an ambitious, driven and motivated individual that is prepared to do things differently.

As a company, we want to support our staff fully, through training, development and support for you as well as the young people.

**What we can offer you**

**Earn up to £28,000 (inclusive of sleep-ins)** - We used structured pay grades based on training, experience and qualifications (we are a London Living Wage employer)

**Sleep-ins Paid during Annual Leave - **when you are on annual leave, we pay you your sleeps so you don't miss out

**Essential Job Requirements**
- A Full Manual UK Driver’s License
