This is a temporary, NHS Quality and Risk Administrator, band 4 (£14ph) role, with an immediate start date for a 6 month duration, based on-site in Central London.

The post holder will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Laboratory Medicine, Lead Quality and Risk Manager and the Quality team as a whole.

Key responsibilities for the NHS Quality and Risk Administrator:
The post holder will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Laboratory Medicine, Lead Quality and Risk Manager and the Quality team as a whole.

Internal and external quality assessment, record keeping, data analysis, audit, data input, production of reports and training, and administration activities associated with the Quality management system for all departments.
- Provide general administration support to the Quality team and management teams
- Collect and analyse data as requested. Providing data and graphical representations to Quality and management teams.
- Act as point of contact for Quality administration
- Administrative duties associated with the receipt, collection, handling, production and distribution of written materials and electronic records
- Assisting the audit processes and to collect and report on data
- Be responsible for arranging meetings including liaising with attendees, booking rooms and equipment, distributing papers, taking and distributing minutes and carrying out actions as required.
- Scanning, photocopying, filing and letter writing as required

**Profile**

**PLEASE NOTE, ROLE IS TEMPORARY FOR AN IMMEDIATE START DATE.**
- Demonstrable previous experience of providing administrative support in a team environment
- Knowledge and understanding of Clinical Diagnostic Pathology
- Knowledge of accreditation and regulatory standards
- Experience of working in the NHS or healthcare setting
- Experience of updating and maintaining database systems
- An understanding of the principles and practice of Quality assurance, Risk Management and its systems
- Minute taking skills
- Ability to work positively and proactively with a multidisciplinary environment
- Excellent inter-personal, communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel and systems
