We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced administrator and brokerage assistant to join our small team at Barton Marina, situated on the Trent and Mersey Canal near Barton
- under-Needwood.

You'll support and assist the Marina Manager and Assistant Marina Manager in the general day-to-day running of the marina including administration duties and assisting with all aspects of brokerage sales including accommodating boat sale viewings.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- To handle enquiries from the general public and berth holders in a professional and friendly manner.
- To record all moorers personal and invoicing information.
- To advise potential customers on the marina terms, availability of moorings and provide general information.
- To update all mooring information and changes to Head Office.
- To assist in preparing any paperwork required by Head Office in a timely fashion.
- To accept and record deliveries such as fuel and gas etc.
- To carry out boat viewings as required.
- To complete all brokerage administration including assisting the marketing department with the listing of all vessels on both Apollo Duck and LLE’s websites.
- To undertake daily marina checks to assess the jetties to ensure no hazards are present, reporting any concerns.
- To undertake quay duties including refueling of boats, operating the pump out machine, supplying gas bottles, coal and wood.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Experience working in a busy office environment
- Sales experience desirable

- Approachable and able to work within a team.
- Must have initiative with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must have a flexible approach to working hours and days - weekend working will be required.
