Due to our continued success and expansion Nationwide Boat Sales are currently recruiting for a **Part Time Administrative Assistant** to join our team at our head office at Fradley Junction, Staffordshire.

The role is advertised as 16 hours per week, however more hours may be available if required. Pay is negotiable dependant on experience.

**The responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Assisting the current team with administrative duties.
- Answer incoming telephone enquiries from customers and assisting them by following company processes.
- Data inputting.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Run through contracts with customers who will be selling and buying boats.

- Have excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Confident and personable manner.
- Focused and enthusiastic.
- Basic computer skills are essential.

Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment is essential. 40 hours per week. Includes working every other weekend. Driving license and own transport is essential.
