This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of documentation management and quality compliance across our diverse product groups. *About the Role* As a Document Controller & Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for managing both physical and digital paperwork, ensuring that tutors submit the correct documentation, and guaranteeing compliance with awarding body rules. You will work closely with various departments to monitor, evaluate, and enhance the quality of our course delivery and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. You must be used to using a variety of technologies to assist your role. *Key Responsibilities* *Document Control*
- Manage and maintain all physical and digital documentation related to course delivery.
- Ensure timely submission and accuracy of paperwork from tutors.
- Continue to develop and maintain a systematic filing system for easy retrieval of documents, with the use of our CRM HubSpot and our bespoke QMS.
- Monitor and update document control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. *Quality Assurance and Monitoring*
- Conduct regular internal audits on course delivery, examining adherence to quality standards, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Evaluate training materials, methodologies, and instructors' performance to ensure consistency and excellence in course delivery.
- Collaborate with departments to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor communication with learners, assessing their learner journey with CST Training. *Compliance Oversight*
- Ensure that all product groups align with relevant regulations, industry standards, and accreditation requirements.
- Monitor changes in regulations and standards, ensuring that CST Training stays ahead of compliance requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Stay on top of awarding body changes to ensure, CST Training remains complaint with paperwork changes. *Reporting and Collaboration*
- Prepare comprehensive reports on audit findings, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the Head of Compliance & Governance, Quality Manager, other auditors, and department heads to align quality objectives and implement improvements.
- Carry out training related to admin processes as and when needed.
- Support the process of obtaining new accreditations, providing insights and guidance to ensure success. *Qualifications & Skills*
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, quality management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years experience in document control, quality assurance, auditing, or a related role, preferably within the training sector.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements, regulatory bodies, and quality standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach.
- Experience in construction and/or health and safety is advantageous.
